When you cauterize my innocence, I feel a slow fatigue come on. What window will I sliver toward, to feel a seeping daylight once the diamond's gone? Silver slated to return untimely dividends sprawls across imaginary lines. What children will I hold beneath the candle light? Whose brow will hurt with generosity that might have fed each future? The cornice we intended has been laced with coats of white-out, to preclude the sill's repeating rain. One tires of mandatory naivete that plays well only in dampness. After desert pries loose sentences, the speed of thought capsizes early timber. The dazzling actors in our psyche practice being numb to suffering. Then recoil amid the loosely termed "real thing" that emerges. One waits for rescue even before entering harm's way, as if to validate the sanctity of "things to count on." A full measure of confidence restores continuance until the modest fall from grace is noted by recorders who indulge in paper before trees become extinct. We're lining up against a new routine as plenary as first frost. Sentences repeat a confidential undertone. They mesh with deeds that sprint out of our recollection. Now the time reformulates the stasis of an energetic element that used to serve as anchors for our mindset.

What people far from here call "fine" weather prevails across the sky you almost occupy. I can be near you, the crisp, carefully cleaned jacket you've protected to appear a gift just opened. Your eyes authorize informal beauty, and I limber my musicianship to speak in wordless animation toward the spirit you surround. I have inferred freedom of motion, despite your stance, to answer the inquiring lens. How open is the circumstance of capturing attention, and does mine merely derive from how you look outward? Insistence is driven affection. A low-key pause in speaking, also. If I close my eyes, I savor how this picture works beyond its occupation. Mind extends embodiment past allotted time. Impromptu Hope

Priest spoke with a stammer, so the homily appeared unsteady, yet mysteriously intentioned, certain in validity. Warm air outside enclosed the noon faithful, likely focusing on miners brought to lip of earth from half a mile beneath. The priest reported goodness differed from avoidance of the not-good. One should place alert attention to new ways of making goodness, help someone remove a path. I watched his face attempt to bring forward the shape and sound of words. A halting quality preceded complicated tones, remote from substance. A lean man, he looked out across the flock as I have seen a friend of mine repeatedly pave a lane, then walk away. I sit apart within my small self, avoiding touch of hands, lightly nodding when the time for wishing peace arrives. Unvarnished words yield new simplicity, that occupy unleavened space. As ritual in turn removes discourse. We hold our thoughts in check, perceive, while re-perceiving, moving past insistent and deliberate new breath.

If I tinctured how I feel for you, my mood would shift toward the wheel of soft pin twirl. I would regard a map as leading where I sense the swivel of a feather hue as dark leaves dim against horizon line. Diminishing returns relent as wealth comes on. A will point fires the kindling of inflamed keepsakes nearing winter's pose. Skin tones near the snow allow for now I lay me down, to steep water's undying reel, as float equests its way toward darkness. Every syllable to you speak is sand that falls through pretty middle of the hourglass, with not one speck to waste. We know things, as together we live choices. Fast asleep recurs against the tapshoe impulse meeting hard rubbed floor yielding to textures and the shine. Influence placates when it dries and when we sleep and when the mix of north and swing state turn to fleece as orderly young pings. No matter how obverse the damages, motion imposes pre-ordained direction.The quintessential forecast of a hardy flower. Would thus seem the world.
